General clauses Following the submission of this form, the Groupe LGX team will send you the confirmed selections in response to your request, which will confirm your location(s), expertise(s), and other visibility elements. Please note that an adjustment to your invoice balance may be made following this confirmation if the selected advice-spaces incur additional fees (for example, for a corner or an aisle-facing location) or if a discount is applied due to a column in your advice-space.
An initial payment of 50% is due within 10 business days. Failure to pay within the prescribed timeframe will result in the Expert's selections being released and made available to others.
Prices already reflect a 3% discount for payments made by check, bank transfer, or Interac e-Transfer.
All payments are non-refundable; however, if the event is canceled, the Expert will be reimbursed in full.
At least 60 days prior to Stratégies PME, each Expert will receive an "Expert’s Guide" detailing all logistical aspects related to the Stratégies PME event. The Expert agrees to read this document in its entirety and to inform their on-site representatives of its contents. The expert undertakes to read this document in its entirety and to inform his representatives, who will be present at the event, of its contents.
By booking a presentation, the Expert agrees to deliver it and must ensure that the speaker is available exclusively for the two days of the Stratégies PME event, until the final schedule is confirmed in early September 2026.
Sharing an advice-space with another Expert is permitted, provided that each organization pays the full amount for an advice-space.
Each organization participating in Stratégies PME must have at least $2 million in liability and property damage insurance coverage related to their participation in an event such as Stratégies PME.
As part of the event, video recording of the presentations is restricted exclusively to videographers and vendors authorized by the organizers.
To ensure the excellence of the experts at Stratégies PME, the organization reserves the right to request SME client references from organizations wishing to book an advice-space. To ensure a variety of Experts, a maximum of five Experts may represent the same expertise at each edition of Stratégies PME.
We reserve the right to refuse any exhibitor participation request at our sole discretion. Furthermore, we shall not be held liable for any financial consequences resulting from such a refusal. The organization reserves the right to determine an Expert's location on the floor. Additionally, if the Expert fails to meet the required deadlines for the setup of their advice-space, the organization reserves the right to reclaim the floor space and use it at its own discretion. The organization cannot be held responsible for audiovisual equipment failure beyond its control that forces the cancellation of a conference.
Regarding your choice of location: to best showcase each organization, we do not allow two organizations with a similar Stratégies PME expertise to be placed immediately adjacent to one another (unless both parties provide prior authorization).
Should an Expert wish to change their Expertise, they have until September 1st, 2026, to do so. After this date, the Expert understands that the expertise selected earlier in this booking form is what will be included in the event program and on the expertise sign on their advice-space counter.
Please note that no distribution of bags will be permitted during the event.
