For the duration of the event, video recording of the presentations is reserved exclusively for camera operators and suppliers commissioned by the organizers. Exhibitors, speakers, partners, and any third parties are prohibited from filming or recording the presentations for broadcasting, promotional, or commercial purposes without the organizers' prior written authorization.
Professional video recording services are offered exclusively by the organization as an additional visibility option.
Furthermore, by participating in the event as a speaker, you authorize the organizers to record, photograph, and capture excerpts of your presentation, and to use such excerpts, images, and recordings for promotional, advertising, and communication purposes—including on social media, the website, newsletters, and any other distribution channels related to the event—without additional compensation.
