This considerably increases his chances of obtaining the location, expertise, conference title and presentation time of his choice. Reservation forms are processed in chronological order of date of receipt. If payment deadlines are not met, booking priority will be based on the date payment is received. In the event that the 10-working-day deadline for payment is exceeded, the reservation will be cancelled. Prices are already discounted by 3% for payment by cheque or bank transfer. For payment by credit card, the no-discount price will apply. If the expert does not find his expertise in the list of choices available in March 2025, his deposit will be reimbursed in full by cheque or bank transfer.In all other cases, no payment is refundable, unless the event is cancelled, in which case the expert will be reimbursed in full. At least 60 days before Stratégies PME, each expert will receive an "Expert's Guide" detailing all logistical aspects of the Stratégies PME conference-event. The expert undertakes to read this document in its entirety and to inform his representatives, who will be present at the event, of its contents. By booking a conference, the Expert undertakes to present it and to ensure that his speaker is booked exclusively for the 2 days of the Stratégies PME event, until confirmation of the final schedule in early September 2025.By making a reservation, the expert undertakes to send the Stratégies PME organization a draft of the content of the conference, if applicable, and the visual used (e.g. PowerPoint) no later than 60 days before the event (September 20, 2025). The conference draft will be reviewed to provide you with feedback to help you maximize your impact on our audience and ensure that you meet their needs. If the draft is not submitted within the required deadline or does not meet Stratégies PME's quality criteria, the organization reserves the right to assign the conference to another expert present and will reimburse 50% of the conference fee. The expert authorizes Stratégies PME to film and photograph his advice-space and the members of his team on site. The expert also authorizes Stratégies PME to publish this audiovisual material for promotional purposes. Sharing an advice-space with another Expert is permitted, provided that each organization pays the full cost of an advice-space. Each organization attending Stratégies PME must ensure that it has at least $2 million in liability and damage insurance coverage in connection with its participation in an event such as Stratégies PME.To ensure the excellence of the experts present at Stratégies PME, the organization reserves the right to request SME customer references from organizations wishing to reserve an advice-space. To ensure a variety of Experts, a maximum of three Experts can represent the same expertise at each edition of Stratégies PME. Concerning your choice of location, we refuse to allow two organizations with similar Stratégies PME expertise to be immediately next to each other to properly showcase each organization. We reserve the right to refuse any exhibitor's application at our sole discretion. Furthermore, we cannot be held responsible for any financial consequences arising from such refusal. The organization reserves the right to determine the location of an expert in the room. Also, if the expert does not meet the deadline for setting up his advice-space, the organization reserves the right to take back his floor space and use it at its own discretion. The organization cannot be held responsible for any breakdown of audiovisual equipment beyond its control, which would force the cancellation of a conference. Should an Expert wish to make a change to his Expertise, he will have until August 1, 2025 to do so. After this date, the Expert understands that the expertise chosen above in this booking form is the one that will be indicated in the event program and on the expertise poster at the counter of his advice-space.
